Custom Handmade Refund Policy

Refunds & Returns on Custom Items

• Final Sale Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our handmade products, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.

• Damaged or Defective Goods: If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake caused by us, please contact us at heritageharmony5@gmail.com within [48 hours] of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the defect or damage.

  • We will offer a full refund or a free replacement for verified defects.

• Handmade Variations: Please note that as these are individually handmade items, slight variations in color, texture are expected and are not considered defects.

• Incorrect Information: We are not responsible for refunds or replacements if the customer provided incorrect spelling, dates, or measurements.

• Return Shipping: For approved returns (defective items only), please send the item back and we will reimburse the shipping costs, If you are returning a non-custom item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Processing Time: Once an approved return is received, refunds are processed to the original payment method within [e.g., 10-14 business days].

Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.

• Shipping Rates: Standard shipping is 100-150 ILS to most destinations (shipping rates may vary)

• International Shipping: Available ; customers are responsible for customs fees.
