Refunds & Returns on Custom Items
Final Sale Policy: Due to the personalized nature of our handmade products, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Goods: If your item arrives damaged or there is a mistake caused by us, please contact us at heritageharmony5@gmail.com within [48 hours] of delivery.
You must provide clear photo evidence of the defect or damage.
We will offer a full refund or a free replacement for verified defects.
Handmade Variations: Please note that as these are individually handmade items, slight variations in color, texture are expected and are not considered defects.
Incorrect Information: We are not responsible for refunds or replacements if the customer provided incorrect spelling, dates, or measurements.
Return Shipping: For approved returns (defective items only), please send the item back and we will reimburse the shipping costs, If you are returning a non-custom item, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Shipping Rates: Standard shipping is 100-150 ILS to most destinations (shipping rates may vary)
